We believe in a process that preserves honey’s pollen and natural goodness. Most of our honey is gently strained at a lower temperature to preserve natural enzymes.
Due to its high viscosity, some heat is necessary to aid in the commercial packaging of honey. Because we don’t use aggressive filtration to remove natural pollen, NATURAL AMERICAN FOODS can use a lower-temperature process that retains more of honey’s natural enzymes in the finished product.
